Scheduling and Day of Service Tips!
1. Allow plenty of time in advance when scheduling a service to be sure you will get the time, day and employee you want. This is extra important for parties with several people in them!
2. Arriving 30 minutes early allows time to change, shower, relax in one of our steam rooms or relaxation lounge; or simply familiarize yourself with our facility. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
3. Please do not bring cell phones into the spa. If you must bring them, please silence the ringers as a courtesy to other guests.
4. Remember to drink plenty of water both before and after all spa services
5. Remember to leave valuables at home. If you forget, please keep valuables with you at all times or locked in our provided lockers. Do NOT leave them in your car!
Today's Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment. This is a courtesy for other guests who would like to schedule at that time.
