Scheduling and Day of Service Tips!
 
1. Allow plenty of time in advance when scheduling a service to be sure you will get the time, day and employee you want. This is extra important for parties with several people in them!
2. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to talk to your service provider about what you are wanting or to fill out health forms. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
3. Please do not bring cell phones into the spa, or if you must bring them please silence the ringers as a courtesy to other guests.
4. Remember to drink plenty of water both before and after all spa services
5. Remember to leave valuables at home, if you forget to leave them there please keep valuables with you at all times or locked in our provided lockers, do NOT leave them in your car!
 
Today's Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment and as a courtesy for other guests who may want the time you are scheduled for.
